"Hi Dean,
Just a little email to say a very big thank you for all your help and hard work with our recent change around.
Our new en-suite is fantastic and we are so thrilled with it as it looks so stunning. Thank you for all your advice, especially the shower and suggesting the travertine tiles!
Again, many thanks for all your hard work and speedy service.
Best wishes,
Sarah & Mark Freeman"

This bathroom has temperature control for the room via a Jaga in floor low water content radiator. The towel rail is on a separate zone temperature controlled. The cabinets are handmade from Oak. The vanity unit and bath feature bespoke taps. The bath thermostat heads were handmade to match the basin taps.
We designed this boiler room for Graham Silvester, enabling the heating and domestic services to be moved outside to this purpose built plant room. This helps save space indoors, allows easy maintenance, noise reduction from the pumps and oil boiler.
June 2008- This is a typical system upgrade we have done for a customer. We changed a conventional back boiler with hot water cylinder to a condensing combination boiler. The boiler has been fitted in the airing cupboard with a vertical flue to save space. The first photo shows power flushing the system, we recommend this for all installations when using existing radiators and pipework. This customer's gas bill was on average £230 a quarter, this will be reduced with the new boiler. We will update when he receives his next bill.
June 2008- This is a barn conversion where we have designed and are installing the entire system. This job started in February this year. The heating is to be run by a three phase ground source heat pump only, there is no boiler. These images show the manifold for the pipework run out into the grounds in loops.
These pictures show the poly plumb underfloor heating system which has four manifolds, two upstairs and two downstairs. The downstairs circuits are 18mm pipework, each room is zone controlled. The upstairs rooms have poly plumb manifolds with Osma 22mm thermoboard flooring panels with integrated pipework. Again each room is zone controlled. We believe this is the most effective under floor heating system for solid ground floors and timber first floors.
These are images of all the bathrooms. There is one main bathroom upstairs with an en-suite to the master bedroom and a shower room downstairs with a cloakroom. At this stage we have first fixed each room and they are now ready for tiling. We have installed two fifty gallon coffin tanks which feed a Grundfos pump that supplies an unvented hot water cylinder to supply all the bathrooms. The hot water has a secondary pump to circulate hot water to all hot water outlets as they are such long runs.
This is the cloakroom, the only room that has been second fixed to date (July). We have three more wet rooms to second fix.
This is the boiler room which has now been second fixed and has been fully commissioned. This is a Nibe Fighter Ground Source Heat Pump with buffer tank and 300 litre unvented cylinder. It is now heating the building and supplying hot water. All the pipework has been fully insulated to reduce heat loss. This building and heating system will be very effective as the clients have paid great attention to the importance of good insulation throughout the build.
This is a bathroom that was fully installed by us in July 2008 for Mr & Mrs Corrigan. It features a jacuzzi bath and separate Daryl shower cubicle, with an Aqualisa Quartz pumped shower. We fitted two towel rails, one of them with an electric element for summertime use. We also installed Warm Up underfloor heating. All the pipework in this room was concealed. The photos do not really do this bathroom justice, this is a classy bathroom.

We put a toilet in the bathroom, as it was in a separate room. We also added a quadrant shower cubicle with electric shower, a towel rail and a freestanding bath. The room was finished off with a vinyl wood effect floor covering.
We also created a shower and utility room from what used to be a utility room with just a sink in. We removed the old sink unit and replaced it with a quadrant shower cubicle, a toilet and basin. We then added a stud wall to make a separate area for the washing machine and tumble dryer. A towel rail and extractor fan were also installed in the shower room. The floor was tiled.
